Here is how you make Basic muffins:

Preheat oven to 180?c ( 355?f), mix together flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar, this is a good time to add any other dry things you want eg coco. In a separate bowl, mix together the milk, egg, oil, and vanilla extract, as well as any other wet ingredients you want, eg banana. Lightly combine the wet and dry ingredients just enough that their are no obvious lumps of flour, DO NOT OVER MIX!!! put them straight into your lined muffin tin and bake for 10 to 15 minuets. Once finished, let sit in the oven try for a few minuets to cool and then use a butter nice to take them out and put them on a cooling rack. Try not to eat them all at once!
