2 tsp of butter (you don't need too much!)
A dollop of apple sauce
1/2 cup of Blueberry's
1 cup butter milk

Preheat oven to 400 degree 1.cream together Butter and Sugar, then add the egg and vanilla and the apple sauce (if you the mixture isn't wet enough)2. in a separate bowl, sift (or mix with a wisk), the Flour, baking soda, baking power, and spices. 3. Make a whole in the flour bowl and gently 'fold' the wet ingrediants into the dry ones (don't over mix, just enough to make sure that everything is sort of blended).
