Preheat toaster oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a six cup muffin tin. In a small bowl combine flour, splenda, baking powder, salt. In another small bowl combine all wet ingredients except blueberries. Add wet to dry to gently combine [do not overmix] batter will be lumpy. Gently add blueberries.
