How Do I Make Date Nut Balls?

Here is how you make Date Nut Balls:

In food processor, chop walnut pieces until fine. Add dates and apricots and process with walnuts. May have to stop and rearrange mixture. Add cocoa powder and and process until well mixed. Mixture will be sticky.Scoop out of food processor and put in glass bowl. Put almond meal in separate bowl. Make 1.5" balls by rolling a bit of mixture in your hands. (Grease hands before) Then roll ball in almond meal to coat.
