1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1tsp. vanilla
1.5 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1tsp. cinnamon (1/2 tsp. salt - opt.)
3 cups Quaker Oats (NOT INSTANT)
1/2 cup raisins

You can play with the ingredients and add 1/2 cup brown sugar if you'd like, or 1 cup of raisins. I am trying to cut the calories in this dessert...which is delicious! You may also substitute the 1/2 cup sugar with apple sauce. They come out moist and delicious!

Heat oven to 350Beat Smartbalance and Sugars until creamy. Add 2 eggs and vanilla. Mix well.In a separate dish: flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Add to wet mixture. Stir in oats and raisins. Bake at 350 in a baking pan (13X9in) (or any size - depends on how thick you want them) for 35 minutes. Enjoy!
