3 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 1/2 Tablespoons reduced-calorie margarine (Smart Balance light used for nutrition calculations)


Note: You could substitute whole-wheat pastry flour for the all-purpose flour. I used what I had on hand.

Break apart and sprinkle on top of apple mixture.Bake until apples are tender or top is browned, about 45 minutes.
