How Do I Make No Bake Oatmeal Cinnamon Fudge Protein Cookie?

Here is how you make No Bake Oatmeal Cinnamon Fudge Protein Cookie:

Bring applesauce and sugars to a boil for about 3 minutes..until bubbles look large and heavy. Toss in peanut butter, flax, protein powder and oatmeal...a dash of cinnamon or splash of vanilla is good too. Drop while warm on wax paper or foil and let set up. Depending on altitude, humidity, etc...you may have a thinner dough, just add more protein powder at 1/4 scoop until you reach desired pre-cooled consistency. Too thick? Add a splash of water...it will evaporate upon drying.Store in cool dry place.I have substituted brown sugar instead of raw sugar--even reducing it to 3/4 cup, and they still turned out great. Excellent to have on hand to grab and go, or just to chase kids away from the candy monster.Adding any dried fruit or even carob chips, chocolate chips, nuts, seeds.... etc...is pretty good, just adjust your "wet" ingredients to accommodate for the dry.
