Here is how you make Baked Oatmeal with Craisins and Sunflower Seeds:

Preheat Over to 350 degrees with rack in middle. Lightly oil an 8-inch sq glass baking dish. Stir together oats, craisins, granulated sugar, baking powder, 1.5 t cinnamon and salt in a large bowl. In another bowl, whisk together applesauce, yogurt, milk, oil, eggs and vanila until smooth. Stir in oat mixture, then pour oatmeal into baking dish. Stir together brown sugar and 1/4 t cinnamon and sprinkle over oatmeal. Bake until wooden pick inserted into center comes clean, 30-40 minutes.
