Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Cream egg and butter in mixer. Add egg and mix until combined. Add applesauce, soy milk and vanilla, mix until combined.In a separate bowl, combine flour, soda, salt and cinnamon. Add these to the wet mixture and stir until just combined. Stir in oatmeal. Pat 1/2 the mixture into a greased 8" bread loaf pan. Top with the blueberries. Cover with remaining batter.Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
