Turn on oven to 350 and prep a 9x13 casserole pan (my 9x13 cake pan was too shallow)Mix flax and water, put asideMix dry ingredients together - oats, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, nuts.In another bowl mix wet ingredients together - milk, apple sauce, maple syrup, vanilla.
