Here is how you make Oatmeal Cocoa Chippers:

Preheat oven to 350. In small bowl, combine flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt; set aside. In large mixer bowl, combine shortening, brown sugar, sugar, and vanilla extract; beat until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips, oats, and raisins. Drop by slightly rounded measuring table-spoonfuls onto un-greased cookie sheet. Bake 9-11 minutes for chewy cookies, 12-13 minutes for crisp cookies.
