Here is how you make Oatmeal Fruit Bars:

Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Put 16 cupcake wrappers in the cupcake pan. In a bowl combine oats, flour, sugar, salt, and cinnamon until mixed. Add butter and mix until crumbly. Divide half of the mixture evenly among the 16 cupcakes. Press the mixture into the bottom of each. Then add a tablespoon of fruit butter/preserves. Then create tablespoon size balls with the rest of the mixture. Flatten them so they look like a pancake and put them on top of each cupcake. Bake for 25 minutes until its browned.
