Preheat oven to 350 F.Sift together flour, salt and baking soda. Set aside.In a large bowl using a mixer on medium, mix together butter and sugars until well combined. Mix in eggs and vanilla on lowest speed. Using a wooden spoon mix in flour mixture, oats and raisins until well combined.Spread in prepared pan (will be thick). Bake until the batter is brown around edges and no longer appears wet in the middle. Make sure a toothpick comes out clean. About 20 minutes. Cool completely.
