Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.In a mixing bowl, combine flour, Splenda, and spices. Cut in butter until mixture resembles fine crumbs and starts to cling. Stir in oats. Form mixture into a ball and knead until smooth.On lightly floured surface, pat or roll dough 1/4 inch thick. Using a 1-1/2 inch round cookie cutter, cut into 24 rounds.Place 1 inch apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in 325-degree oven 20-25 minutes or until bottoms just start to brown.
