Set over at 350 degrees. Prepare baking sheet by lining with parchment paper.

Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together.

Whisk sugar, and eggs in large bowl. Add orange zest, juice, and extract. Sprinkle dry ingredients over egg mixture then fold into dough is combined. Split dough in half. Fold cranberries into one half and chocolate into the other half.

Using floured hands, stretch dough into a loaf shape approx 13 by 2 inches on baking sheet. Bake until loaves are golden and just beginning to crack on top - about 30 minutes - rotating pan halfway through.

Cool loaves for 10 minutes and lower oven to 325. With a serrated knife, cut each loaf diagonally into 1/2 inch slices. Lay slices on baking sheet, cut side up, and return to the over. Bake, turning halfway through baking until crisp and golden brown on both sides, about 15 minutes.
