Knead for about 10 minutes in a mixer. Put into a greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let rise until double in bulk about 2 hours.For the filling combine grated orange zest and half a cup sugar in a small bowl. Roll out the dough on lightly floured surface in rectangle 16 by 8 inches.
