Here is how you make Blueberry Pancakes:

Combine the flour and the bakeing powder in a bowladd the slightly beaten egg as well as about half of the milk into the dry ingredients - incorporate well then add the remainder of the milk and let stand for 5 minutes (to let the flour absorb the wet ingredients) add a touch more milk if nessisary gently add the blueberriesin a frying pan heat a teaspoon of butter or oil over medium low to meduim heat then drop mixture into the pan by 1/4 cup cook the first side for 1-2 minutes until bubbles apear in the batter cook the other side for about 1 minute add more butter or oil as nessisary throughout cooking please note that I have not calculated the butter or oil into the recipe as it is up to your discression what and how much you use yields 6 pancakes (1 serving is 1 pancake)Number of Servings: 6Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user SARAHPOWER.
