Separate the eggs placing the whites in one bowl and the yokes in a larger second bowl. In the bowl with the yokes place the rest of the ingredients and stir well. With an electric mixer beat egg whites until they hold a peak. Take the mixer out and then beat the other ingredients for 30 seconds just to make sure they are mixed well. GENTLY fold the egg whites into the yoke mixture trying not to deflate the whites. Place by large spoon on a hot griddle. Do not pound down on cakes when cooking and only turn once.
