Here is how you make Chelsea's Peach Cobbler:

Preheat oven to 325F. Spread melted butter over a 9x13 pan. Mix flour, milk and baking powder and spread into pan. Pour peaches with liquid over the top. Spread evenly. Sprinkle liberally with cinnamon & sugar to taste. Bake at 325F for about an hour, or until the top is a beautiful golden brown.
