Here is how you make Mama's Peach Cobbler:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put 1/3 cup of butter in 8x8 glass dish and put in oven until butter is melted. Meanwhile combine all the remaining ingredients, except, peaches in bowl. Pour half the mixture over butter, layer peaches and top with remaining half of batter.
