30 reduced-fat oreo cookies
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 gallon, light vanilla ice cream, softened
1 jar ( 12 oz) Smucker's Hot fudge Topping
1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip Lite, thawed
3/4 cup cocktail peanuts, chopped

Here is how you make Peanut Buster Parfait Dessert:

In a blender, crush cookies into fine crumbs. Reserve two tablespoons of crumbs, set aside for later use. Combine the remaining crumbs with melted butter, and press into a 9x13 inch pan. Scoop softened ice cream into the pan and spread over the crust. Freeze until the ice cream is firm again. Heat the fudge topping in microwave for 20 seconds, and then pour contents over ice cream layer, using spatula to cover the ice cream with fudge sauce. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of chopped peanuts, reserving 1/4 cup for garnish. Put into freezer again, freezing until the fudge layer is firm. Once the fudge is firm, spread the container of Cool whip over the top- and garnish with remaining crumbs and peanuts. Freeze until ready to serve. and store leftovers in the freezer.
