4 whole cloves
1 bay leaf
2/3 cup fresh squeezed apple juice
the peel of 1/2 orange
3tsp Stevia Powder
4 drops Stevia Extract


How Do I Make Blushing Pear?

Here is how you make Blushing Pear:

Put wine and apple juice in Sauce pan. Add 3 tsp Stevia powder and 4 drops Stevia extract. Put in cloves, Orange Peel, Cinnamon Stick and bay leaf.Heat Gently with constant stir until Stevia powder dissolves.Add Pear and pour in enough cold water to barely cover the PEELED pear (Note, can do up to 6 pears at a time). Cover them and cook 45 minutes or until just tender. Uncover and stir gently every 7 to 10 minutes.Use a slotted spoon to remove Pear(s) from liquid. Increase heat and boil liquid for additional 10 minutes.
