Here is how you make Lavender Pear Martini:

Ruby Tuesdays makes these by mixing the vodka and pear nectar in a shaker with ice and pouring into a martini glass. They then add the lavender tea bag after the fact. I think they do this mostly for effect so you can watch your drink turn a lovely shade of lavender. Dipping it in and out of the martini glass a few times will help speed the process but be careful to taste once it starts to turn purple so you don't get more lavender taste than you might like.
