Here is how you make Toffee/Pecan Biscotti:

Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Turn onto floured surface and add more flour if needed to make a soft dough. Shape into ball. Divide in half. Shape into 2 logs (3/4" high by 2-1/2 " wide by 10" long.)Bake on greased cookie sheet 20minutes at 350.Let cool 10-15 minutes. Cut into 1/2" slices.
