1 package (12 cookies) sugar-free oatmeal cookies
1.5 Tbsp margerine, melted

Here is how you make Acai Energy Pie:

Preheat oven to 375. Remove cool whip from freezer and allow to thaw.Crush cookies and mix with melted margerine. Line pie plate with cookie mix and press to form crust. Bake for 8 - 9 minutes, remove and cool.Mix gelatin and boiling water in cup, using a fork until thoroughly combined. Allow to cool while preparing remaining mix.In large bowl, combine yogurt, cool whip, acai berry powder and greek yogurt until thoroughly combined. Add gelatin mix and stir to combine.
