2 frozen rolled pie crusts
2/3 cup Splenda for baking
1/3 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Flour
1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp ground ginger
dash of nutmeg


How Do I Make Lite n Fresh Apple Pie?

Here is how you make Lite n Fresh Apple Pie:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Set out pie crusts to thaw about 20 minutes before prep time.Peel & thinly slice apples & set aside in a large bowl. Mix all dry ingredients togther in a mixing bowl then pour over apples & mix throughly until well coated. Take a 9 inch glass pie plate & place one pie crust on the bottom. Pour in coated apples, mounding them up in the middle. Place 2nd crust on top. Make a few vents in the top crust & brush a tiny bit of milk or cream on top of the top crust.Bake for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
