- 2 cups of finely chopped apple
- 4 Tbsp of Splenda or other sugar substitute
- 1 Tbsp of light brown sugar
- Cinnamon to taste

Here is how you make Mini Apple Pie - LOW CAL!:

1. In a bowl combine chopped apple, Splenda, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Mix until apple pieces are well coated. Set aside. 2. Carefully remove one sheet of fillo dough from the stack (replace wet cloth over remaining sheets). Lay sheet flat on clean counter and spray with cooking spray. Fold in half, spray and fold in half again. Using a sharp knife cut your folded fillo down the middle so you have two equal sized halves.3. Press one half of folded fillo in a cupcake tin that has been well sprayed with cooking spray. Add approximately 2 tbsp of the apple mixture. Press remaining half of folded fillo over top of apples and tuck around sides.4. Repeat steps 2 & 3 for all ten mini pies.5. Spray tops of all pies with cooking spray.6.
