This is a really easy to make apple pie: you can get a pie crust in grocery stores like Kroger's, sometimes they have it pre-cooked. Remove the peel from the apples and cut them in slices. Make a layer of apple slices inside the crust; sprinkle with sugar/splenda and cinnamon, then add the next layer and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon until you run out of apples. Put it in the oven at medium/high to cook the apples (about 20 min). In the meanwhile, mix the eggs with 3/4 tablespoons of sugar and add some cinnamon. Once the apples turn yellow and appear cooked, pour the egg on top the apples. Leave in the over for another 15/20 or until the egg is cooked. Makes approximately 10 slices.
