Here is how you make Whole Food Apple Pie:

Combine flours and salt in the bowl of an electric mixer. Add butter. Beat at low speed until pieces are the size of small peas. Add water, beat at low speed just till a dough forms. (15 to 20 seconds) For into two balls with hands. Roll out and finish as for pastry for single- or double-crust pie. Makes two 9-inch single crust pasties or one 9-inch double crust. (I like to roll it out thinly, thus covering my 10-inch pie plate.)Slice apples with peel intact. I used a food processer. If apples lack tartness, sprinkle with about 1 Tbsp. lemon juice.
