Here is how you make Key Lime Pie - No bake and fabulous!:

The filling is made by mixing together 2/3 cup of Chobani (or other) non-fat plain yogurt, 1-14 ounce can of Eagle (or other) non-fat sweetened condensed milk, 1/2 cup of key lime juice from fresh key limes or you can use Nellie & Joe's Key West Lime Juice sold at Safeway. This recipe also calls for fresh lime zest, so I grade the zest from (2) fresh key limes and squeeze the juice from them into the above mixture. On the stovetop, heat 1/4 cup of water until it is warm, not hot. Add 1 package of Knox unflavored gelatin from orange box that contains (4) packages into the warm water and stir until all of the gelatin is dissolved. You do not want lumpy gelatin to add to your filling mixture, so stir vigorously and if lumps form strain the gelatin before adding it to your filling.Refrigerate the pie immediately for 1 hour so that mixture congeals. Then try a slice and cover with plastic wrap for storage.Serving Size:?Makes eight pieces of pie
