Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits and place the flesh of the avocados into the food processor. Add the lime juice, lime zest, maple syrup and vanilla and process on high until smooth.Place the avocado lime filling in a bowl in the fridge while you prepare the crust.Prepare the crust by placing the almonds in the (washed) food processor and blend until coarsely ground.Place the ground almonds into a medium mixing bowl and add the sunflower oil and pure maple syrup.
