5 fl oz Evaporated Milk
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup + 2 Tbs. Truvia baking blend


How Do I Make Berry Ugly Pie?

Here is how you make Berry Ugly Pie:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray deep dish pie pan with Pam spray. In a blender jar, puree 1 cup of the blueberries until smooth. Add baking mix, butter, eggs, milk, vanilla, and Truvia. Blend until smooth. Place remaining berries in pie pan, and pour blended ingredients over berries. Gently stir to mix berries into blended puree.Bake 60-65 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.Allow to cool. Slice and serve.
