Here is how you make Blueberry Stumble Pie:

Makes 8 servings.Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix the sugar, cornstarch, salt, and cinnamon. Then sprinkle over fresh blueberries and gently toss.Line one pie crust in 9 inch pie dish. cut second crust into 1/2 inch wide strips. (I use my french fry cutter to get the ripples.)Pour the blueberry mixture in crust. Dot the top with the Smart Balance 50/50 and make a lattice design with the strips, crimp and flute the edges.
