1 3/4 c. skim milk
1 c. sweetened coconut

Topping:
Cool Whip whipped topping (I used regular for this recipe)

Crust: Mix crushed graham crackers with the sugar and then slowly add in melted margarine. Press into sides and bottom of ungreased 9" pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutesFilling: Pour milk into a bowl and whisk in pudding mix for two minutes. Stir in the coconut. Fill baked pie crust.
