2 tblsps. 1% milk
1 - 8oz. tub of Cool Whip Free
1 cup of Red Raspberries
2- tsps. Simply fruit Red Raspberry Spread


How Do I Make Raspberry Ice Cream pie?

Here is how you make Raspberry Ice Cream pie:

Remove ice cream from freezer to soften,While working with remaining ingredients. Crush cookies into crumbs,add sugar into crumbs mix well,add butter to mixture and mix until all crumbs have been moistened with butter.Pat crumbs into a 9" springform pan,put into freezer to chill the crust. Into microwave bowl put marshmallow fluff and milk for 1 minute on high, remove and blend well ,add thawed cool whip to mixture and mix until well blended. Remove crust from freezer put softened ice cream into pan making sure to spread it out evenly over the crust,and making sure it is level, then with a fork stir 1/2 cup fruit spread to a spreadable consistency and layer it into the pan being careful not to mix it into the ice cream,you want a ribbon of friut throughout the whole pie. now layer the marsmallow topping on the fruit spread making sure you level it out covering all the fruit spread. Put in freezer for 6 hours or until firm.Remove from pan by sliding a knife around rim, remove outer ring.Place fresh raspberries on the top and drizzle the remaining friut spread that has been melted in the microwave for 10 seconds on the top of the pie.Store remaining servings in freezer.
