Mix corn starch and 2oz of water until liquid is smooth.Boil sugar in 3/4 cup of water on stove. Once sugar is dissolved thicken with cornstarch and water mixture. Once thickened add 2 small packages of jello and stir until dissolved. Add splenda last as it does not cook well. Let cool.Put 1/2 of the berries on the bottom of the pie crust. Layer 1/2 of the cooled jello mixture on top. Then put in the rest of the berries and jello mix. Cool in refrigerator.
