Add shortening and cut in with a pastry cutter. Add yogurt, a bit at a time, and cut into the mixture.In a separate bowl, beat an egg and add to flour. Add 5 tablespoons of cold water and 1 tablespoon of vinegar and stir until incorporated. Split dough into thirds. At this point, you can freeze what you won't be using today. Roll out your dough until a little (1/2" or so) larger than your pie plate. Carefully lift from counter to pie pan and press into corners. Cook for 5-10 minutes before adding your filling. I do 5 minutes for fillings that need to bake and 10 minutes for fillings that are already cooked (like chicken pot pie from the stove or whatever).
