Mix the flour and salt together. Add the oil and mix with a fork until small balls form (the size of a pea or kidney bean). Add water and mix with fork. May need to complete mixing with hands. Divide dough in half...can have one half a little bigger than the other. Big half will be bottom crust/small half top crust. Roll dough out between two pieces of wax paper. Lay crust into pie dish.
