South African Easy Microwave Melktert (milk-tart or milk pie)

This recipe creates a traditional South African tart (milk pie). It bakes very quickly in the microwave oven and is not overly sweet. The pie has a custard-like texture, but a very unique taste. It is lower in calories than any melktert I was able to find on the site (considering that I get 8 very large slices, or 28 small tarts from mine - my slices could probably be halved). Everybody I've ever served this too, loved it!
