1 tbsp flour
2 eggs, one at a time

Here is how you make Pecan Pie with Lower Fat Crust:

For Crust:Combine flour and salt in a bowl. Blend oil and milk in a bowl. Add to flour mixture. Stir with a fork until it forms into large clumps. Press into a ball. Flatten to form 5-6 inch "pancake." Roll between sheets of wax paper. Peel off top sheet. Flip into 9 inch pie pan. Remove other sheet, Press dough into pie plate. Trim and flute.For Pie:Preheat oven to 375F. Mix all ingredients in a medium sauce pan over medium heat. Add pecans last.
