Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Vanilla Pudding (large packet)
3/4 cup of Non-Fat Milk
4 Andes Mints (chopped)
1/4 tsp of Peppermint Extract (optional)


How Do I Make Frozen Mint Pie?

Here is how you make Frozen Mint Pie:

Mix pudding w/non-fat milk until it is all absorbed. Fold entire container of cool whip into the mix. Add peppermint extract if desired. Mix well but do not blend it will make the cool whip too soft to freeze. Place 26 of the Edy's Mint pieces in the bottom of a pre-made oreo pie crust.
