Here is how you make Key Lime Pie (Homemade):

Makes 6 large servings or 8 medium servings.Press crust into pie-pan and bake as instructed, then let cool.While crust is baking, pour whipped cream into a medium-size bowl. Add sweetened condensed milk and lime-juice on top and mix well. Set in freezer until crust is finished cooling.Once crust is cooled, take the lime mixture out of the freezer. It should be firm but not frozen. Spread the lime mixture into the crust and freeze again until gently firm and thoroughly cold.Ready to serve immediately. If serving at a later time, cover pie-pan with cellophane and freeze thoroughly.
