CRUST:preheat oven to 350 degcombine all ingredients and press into bottom & sides of a 9" pie plate.Bake for 10 mins and let coolFILLING:in a small bowl sprinkle gelatin on water and let soften 5 mins.Puree mago, sugar, lime zest, lime juice and egg beaters in blender. Pour into sauce pan and bring to boil over low heat, stirring constantly. remove from heat once boil begins and whisk in gelatin until completely dissolved. Pour into crust and let cool. place an inverted pie plate over pie to prevent it from drying out and refrigerate until completely set, about 8 hrs.MERINGUE:Use an electric mixer to beat egg whites with cream of tartar until soft peaks form.
