Here is how you make Skinny key Lime Pie:

CRUST:Place graham crackers and butter into a chopper and pulse until crackers and butter are well combined. Add 1 Tbsp of water and pulse again. Place into pie dish and press it evenly on the bottom and up the sides as much as you can. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Preheat oven at 375 and bake about 8-10 minutes. Cool crust completely.FILLING:In a small bowl, combine 2 Tbsp of the gelatin and stir. Microwave the remaining lime juice for about 40 seconds (don't let boil) and mix well with the gelatin/lime juice mixture. Mix cream cheese, yogurt, truvia and lime zest in a large bowl with hand mixer. Add key lime juice, mix well again. Pour into crust and refrigerate at least an hour before serving.Serving Size:?8 slices
