2 serving Pumpkin-Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin (1/2 cup)
1 tbsp Pumpkin Pie spice
1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
1 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol (I added the flavoring)
2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
1 cup, packed Brown Sugar (1/2 cup if you don't want it sweet)
.50 tsp Salt

If you are omitting the pumpkin in this recipe, I suggest you either add 1/2 cup water more, 1/2-1 cup of applesauce, or 1/2 more of milk, just so to replace the pumpkin.

Stir all the ingredients together. Set your slow cooker to LOW and let it cook overnight, about 8 hours.When it is done. It will still look liquidy. Give it a good stir and it will all come together.Serve immediately. Save any leftovers in the fridge or freezer, this stuff reheats beautifully.Note: I turned mine on at 10pm and woke up at 8:30a and just like the recipe said it was liquidy, I just stirred it really good and let it rest for like 5 minutes and it came out great. I will try this recipe again just making a simple maple brown sugar or plain so others can put their own mix-ins.I hope you enjoy.
