Here is how you make (Almost) Fat Free Pumpkin Pie Filling:

Beat egg and egg whites. Add pumpkin and blend together. In small bowl combine flour, salt, and spice. Pour about 1/3 cup of the milk into the dry ingredients and mixed until blended. Add this to the egg and pumpkin mixture. and stir until blended. Add the brown sugar and the rest of the milk, stirring until completely blended. Pour into pie pan or similar, shallow pan and bake at 425 for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 and bake for an additional 35 - 45 minutes.
