Here is how you make Lo-Fat Pumpkin Pie:

Makes 1 9" Pie, Serves 8Preheat oven to 425 degrees.In small bowl combine Splenda Sugar Blend, salt and spices. Set aside.In large bowl, beat the 2 eggs. Add the canned pumpkin, vanilla, and Splenda/spice mixture and stir until blended. Gradually add the 2% evaporated milk. Pour into a 9" deep dish unbaked pie shell. Bake for 15 minutes. Turn down the oven temperature to 350 degrees, cover crust edge (with tinfoil or a pie ring) and bake another 30 minutes. Pie is done when sharp knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.Cool on wire rack for 2 hours.
