Preheat oven to 450 deg. Thoroughly mix all ingredients (aside from pie shell). Pour into pie shell and smooth top. Bake @ 450 for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 375 deg. and bake for additional 20 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting.NOTE: Recipe can easily be doubled. Also can be prepared up to the point of baking, then frozen. Cover top with plastic wrap, then place in gallon size zipper bag.
