1. Mix sugar and spices in a small bowl.2. Beat egg in a large bowl; stir in pumpkin and sugar mixture. Gradually stir in evaporated milk.3. Pour into pie shell.4. Bake in preheated 425-degree (F) oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350-degrees (F) and bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.5.
