Thaw rhubarb, if frozen, but do not drain. In medium saucepan combine rhubarb and water. Cook and stir over medium heat for 15 minutes or until tender. Remove from heat and stir in Splenda and strawberry Jello until combined. Cover and chill for 2 hours.2. Stir pineapple, chopped strawberries, and almond extract into rhubarb mixture. Fold in dessert topping. 3. Spray cooking spray on the bottom of a pie pan. Spread the crushed graham crackers over the bottom and press into the cooking spray. Spray a little extra on top.4.
